    danba is an Internet access control service that allows you to be informed of which websites your children are accessing by classifying them according to their content and alerting you by SMS text message of the inadvisable web browsing behavior.     danba works by installing in the computer undetectable software with a web browsing analysis system. This can be checked by entering My danba, where you can see organized and practical information on the computer’s web browsing history. A summary of the web browsing history will also be sent to you by e-mail if you have not accessed the My danba statistics

    danba is very clean software and requires very little from your computer, so it is practically imperceptible.

    The installed program is hidden in your computer, so it would be very hard for your child to detect it. We believe it is important to not announce its installation or the source of information that you will have.

  • Back to Top How do I find out about my child’s web browsing behavior?

    danba will inform you immediately by SMS text message of the inadvisable web browsing. You can also access the web browsing statistics from any computer with internet connection by entering your My danba account. In addition, we will e-mail you a summary of the web browsing history as frequently as you would like (daily, weekly or monthly).

    In each SMS text message, e-mail or in My danba, we will tell you the unique alias of the computer that visited each recorded website.

    The service is activated by default when the computer is turned on, although there is an option to deactivate it in My danba.
    In order to avoid false alarms, once you are in My danba the system will not send messages.

    From danba and as parents we think we should get advice and assistance if children make an inadvisable recommendation, which is why we provide you with experts in each category in order to rely on their experience and recommendations through our advising department. This service is included in the total cost and danba does not make a profit from it.

    It is a way to connect with and share your experiences with parents in the same situation through the forum that we have created for parents with the same interests and concerns.

    It is probably the best online source of news, articles and studies on children’s web browsing behavior. We think it can be a big help, since you can read about any topic that interests you related to the Internet and minors.

    The complete service has an annual fee of 59.95 Euros, which breaks down to a monthly cost of 5 Euros, and can be installed in up to 4 computers per family.

    New customers can get a free 1-week trial.

    No, the monthly fee covers the entire danba service, so there is no extra cost or charge.

    You can pay for the service through the La Caixa secure payment gateway, which accepts all credit and debit cards.

    To install danba, follow these instructions from each new computer in which you want to install it:

    • Go to www.danba.es
    • Enter “My danba” with your username and password
    • Go to “Downloads” and follow the easy instructions that appear on the screen
